However, the benefits of CBD are particularly suited to post-exercise. A host of research suggests that the properties in CBD can be used to aid recovery, inflammation & pain relief.
In terms of recovery, CBD is thought to soften the delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) and the accompanying pain and immobility. This is thanks to its ability to help with inflammation that is commonly the body's response to exercise.
